android image viewer recommendation?

Hello digiKam users,

I would like to recreate the tags and albums of my image collection, 
such that I have the same organization of images on my phone, as i have 
on digiKam. What i have in mind is a simple export feature. I'm 
comfortable with scripting.

I don't have any preference for image viewer on android, except that it 
should work offline. Do you have any advice or recommendation?
