Are there limits on Batch Queue Manager

I've been exploring the batch queue manager and having some fun with the 
auto tagging feature. I'm unsure of the best way to populate the queue, 
especially if I wish to operate on my entire collection. I have about 
112,000 images.

At the moment I'm trying autotagging a year at a time, which typically 
involves approximately 7000 to 8000 images. This usually works and 
starts processing after a delay, that I can monitor by viewing the 
History tab. If I try working on larger numbers things become unreliable 
and usually the program freezes. I can see in the system monitor that 
the program is still busy, but there's no activity in the log file. This 
is running the appimage in Linux.
