Yes, the preview is scaled to the size of the RAW image. Otherwise, no
reasonable comparison with exported RAW images in the 100% view would be
possible. With a 4K screen with a scaling factor, it is scaled so that it
corresponds to the actual image size, that is standard.
It is rather sad when a camera manufacturer has such a small preview in the
RAW files.
