Transliterations in OpenStreetMap for geolocation?

Hi there,

while using OpenStreetMap for geolocation  I miss transliterations in
the given OpenStreetMap maps in DigiKam.

For example compare these three tiles from North Africa:

A. Here you see the names written in Arabic and English

B. Here you see the names written in Arabic.

C. Here you see the names written in Arabic and German

Would there be a possibility to direct OpenStreetMap in Digikam to use
transliterations in a way as described above?
