Offline installation of Aesthetic Detection and Autotags?

Hi,

It's a deep-learning model file used with OpenCV engine to detect the
quality of images. Typically, blur, compositions, noise, underexposed,
etc... The AI will automatically register the images with the colored
flags in digiKam. This helps end-users in the workflow to automate
sort of shots.
