batch update to correct missing exif data

Hi all,

I've just found that a number of my photos are missing their Exif
CreateDate, but do have an Exif ModifyDate.
1) How can I create a batch update to set CreateDate=ModifyDate where
CreateDate is null?
2) How can I filter all my photos to find the ones with missing Exif
CreateDate?
