Mouse cursor size is tiny on high DPI screen

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the official AppImage and it is the same
thing. I also found the Qt5 version of the AppImage, the cursor is fine
with this one, it keeps the cursor theme and size as the native OS.
I could be wrong, but it has nothing to do with flatpak. It is Qt6. The
DigiKam developers are _choosing_ to use Qt. Therefore, in my opinion, it
is up to them to fix any bugs with using Qt in their application or report
it to Qt; not up to a regular user with no development knowledge. If the
Qt5 version will not be built any longer in the future we keep having this
problem.

Best regards,
Erwin
