Unable to delete a face tag

The virtual face tags Unknown, Unconfirmed or Ignored are system face tags and 
cannot be deleted. The face detection engine or the reading of face metadata 
in images is an integral part of digiKam and cannot currently be removed. We 
haven't decided yet whether we'll create it as a plugin.
