Import pictures from PC folder into Digikam album

You need to add the temporary folder as a collection in digiKam Settings->
Collections.
Then the folder will appear in the left sidebar under Albums. If you are
externally importing the images into the temp folder and digiKam is running,
you may need to use "F5" to refresh the temp album in digiKam.
Images can also be easily imported with copy/paste.
