Rotate Face Regions

I’m browsing https://invent.kde.org/graphics/digikam, but I can’t seem to figure out how to add an issue or add a question

I have some old pictures where the People tags seem to be rotated 90/180/270 from what they should be. Is there an easy way to fix that? Essentially, being able to rotate the Face Regions to correct.
