no, just updated the path, to both Pictures and Photos, supposedly the 
uuid of the raid, but it made no difference. At the end of an attempt to 
import 4 pix from the camera, the png you've seen pops up again. I've 
attached it.

There is also a pair of digikam.db files. one dated in 2021 and one just 
this morning of 450k and 5.5 megs named digikam3.db and digikam4.db
I've also attached an image digiKam can't display, its been shrunk by 
gimp to emailable size, sorta, 540+ kilobytes. s/b the bottom of a two 
trees Sapphire-5 3d printer.  That would be saved by bullseye, only a 
month or so old.

Bookmarked, but reading the bookmark is so different from what I'm 
seeing and what I'm doing seems to be being ignored, as if digiKam has 
no write perms to save anything.
