[digiKam-users] Copying tags from one collection to another

I have two collections, one for the tif format and another one for the 
jpg format. Both the collections have identical file names except the 
extension. The two collections have images which are tagged with 
hierarchical tags. The tags in the two collections are different. Is it 
possible to copy the tags from the tif collection to the corresponding 
file in the jpg collection? I would like to retain the tags in the jpg 
collection as they are.
