[digiKam-users] Can not connect from Mac Digikam 7.9.0 to MysqlServer Mariadb 15.1

Hi Art Z.

yes Windows connects fine and SQL Client from the mac too, but digikam seams to do nothing. 
Disabled the FW on the mac but no difference.
Installed 7.8.0 instead of 7.9.0 on the mac and it works at once.
Maybe anyone could confirm this?
