[digiKam-users] Canon RF 70-200/2.8L IS USM

This patch fixes it for your Canon lens model. For now only for digiKam-8.0.0,
should further tests with other Canon camera/lens combinations not cause
any problems, I will port it back to digiKam-7.10.0.
