[digiKam-users] posting again on storage location not available

Download DebugView from Microsoft. Activate internal debugging in the digiKam 
Setup under Miscellaneous-> System. Start DebugView. Restart digiKam and try 
to open an image that produces the error. Post the output from the DebugView 
window.
