Does 8.2.0 run on Windows 7?

Hi,

No. 8.2.0 is now compiled natively on Windows 10 and there is no
compatibility with older versions of Windows.

If you want to use 8.2.0 under Windows 7, you need the legacy
installer cross compiled under Linux. File is here :

https://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/8.2.0/digiKam-8.2.0-Qt5-Win64.exe

Note: installer is annotated with "-Qt5" in filename in opposite of
default one which is not annotated (build with Qt6).

Legacy version has plenty of broken features, as GoogleMaps, and all
Web Service export tools. The rest must work as expected.
