Loss of menu bar and CTRL+M does not work

Good evening,

 

I use digikam 7.10 under Windows10.

I lost the menu bar. 

The CTRL +M does not work it tells me that the CTRL +M key sequence is
ambiguous and that no action will be triggered. 

Do you have a solution because I can no longer use Digikam. 

I tried to install 8.1.0 but the loading time is very long and the response
times are unbearable.
