Insert Text Tool Font Style

The Insert Text tool in the editor won't remember the Font Style. It does
properly remember the Font (Ubuntu) and the Size. But the Font Style keeps
resetting to "Condensed Bold" even though I keep selecting "Bold".

Running digiKam-8.1.0-x86-64.appimage on Ubuntu

Is there a workaround?
