[digiKam-users] Thumbnail and preview rotation not in sync

Why are you using such an old version of digiKam on Windows?
As for your problem, I assume you use sidecars and have the option "compatible 
with commercial programs" activated. Disable the option and remove the sidecar 
file. The cause is that a sidecar is responsible for both the JPEG and the RAW 
image.
