You already have an answer at pixls.us. The Time Adjust Tool supports time 
interval in current digiKam versions. But only the standalone Time Adjust tool 
in the item menu. This function is not included in the BQM, as the processing 
sequence cannot be guaranteed. Especially since the standalone Time Adjust 
Tool is more powerful thanks to the preview function.
