[digiKam-users] DK 7.4 - Experience with using MariaDB on NAS and local thumbnails

Did you consider that when you switch from a network thumbnail database to a 
local one, the local database is initially empty? Either the thumbnails are 
created on the fly when looking at albums, which of course is slow the first 
time. Or create all thumbnails with the maintenance tool, which can take a few 
hours.
