[digiKam-users] Export People tags to HTML Gallery?

As far as I can tell, the HTML Gallery exporter exports the captions to the
gallery, but not the tags. Is there any existing tool that would include
the tags (especially People tags) in the HTML gallery?

Alternatively, is there an existing method to batch-append the People tags
(or all tags) to each photo's caption (possibly as a comma-separated list)?
