[digiKam-users] Problem on starting Digikam on Windows10

I had installed Digikam on my PC with Windows 10 to test it.
Then i uninstalled it for changing my test base an create a new base.
BI installed Digikam again but when i start it i get this message :

But i have deleted the file digikamrc

What can i do to solve the problem ?
