[digiKam-users] QtAv - too much stutter on Win 10

Hi,

This kind of dysfunction with the network can be relevant of a missing
cache mechanism. I don't know if QtAv + ffmpeg has this feature.

Also you must know that ffmpeg codec for Windows are cross compiled and
certainly do not use the native Windows acceleration feature.
