[digiKam-users] Change in metadata engine

Hi,

I noticed that today when I launched digikam (just updated via flatpak), 
a few pictures lost their hierarchy in the tags, and their tags appeared 
as being the same level. It happened to pictures that were not modified 
for 4 or 5 years. Has there been any change in the metadata engine, 
possibly interpreting XML metadata differently than it used to until now?
