[digiKam-users] Renaming a file doesn't accept comma and replaces with underscore

The digiKam renaming function decides on the file system used whether commas 
are allowed. Commas are not allowed on Windows file systems and can cause 
problems. Colons and some other characters are also not allowed under a FAT / 
NTFS file system.
