It's not working for me, but I wonder if I'm really exporting the right 
data. I end up with a 512 byte file, which when run through your utility 
reports the following error:

 > pgfdatabase.exe 1.pgf
PGFUtils: Error running libpgf ( 5 )!
loadPGFScaled failed...

I'm using your Windows build, pulled from git clone.
