[digiKam-users] Preview or Fullscreen mode exits automatically after about 30 seconds

The time-delayed loss of view in the first situation feels similar to this
one: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=429709
Does it make a difference whether you have a specific date selected, or
perhaps other filters?
Does the preview also exit if you do nothing (don't enter a caption, and
just wait 30 seconds)?
Do any specific keystrokes in the caption seem to trigger the exit?
