[digiKam-users] Digikam not responding

Dear all,

I have installed Digikam on a Windows10 computer (AMD Athlon 3000G with Radeon Vega Graphics) and it is extremely slow responding during startup (20 minutes) and afterwards. 

It seems Digikam is fully using one of the processors, but it is not clear to me why, although I do have a rather big collection of pictures (1.6 Million).

Is it possible to enable logging to see what the possible cause could be?
