[digiKam-users] Configure Language in Digikam 7.1

Hi,

I check with AppImage and MacOS bundles, and problem is not solved and
reproducible with both architectures. I don't yet check Windows
version, but i suspect that problem will be also here.

Please report this problem to bugzilla. We will investigate.
