[digiKam-users] digikam won't open on mac

Greetings;
Hope you are in a good.  I have an apple computer with os 10.10.5.  Installed de Digicam software and the following error apears.  

dyld: Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/Metal.framework/Versions/A/Metal
  Referenced from: /opt/digikam/libexec/qt5/lib/QtWidgets.framework/Versions/5/QtWidgets
  Reason: image not found (1005)

Please advise what could be the trouble.
