[digiKam-users] Digikam 7.0.0: no unknown or unconfirmed face tags

Hi all, I'm in the strange situation where I can detect faces and see the
recommendations that Digikam provides for faces that it recognises, but I
don't see any "unknown" or "unconfirmed" faces. I also see this command-line
message on startup:

Digikam::AlbumManager::scanTAlbums: Failed to find parent tag for tag 
"Unknown"  with pid  4
Digikam::AlbumManager::scanTAlbums: Failed to find parent tag for tag 
"Unconfirmed"  with pid  4

I did migrate my database from Sqlite to an external mySQL database at some
point. Is there a way to add back in the missing database records to fix my
problem? I know enough SQL to make the changes, if I knew where to look.

I don't want to start from scratch. With 1.6 million images, it's already
taken days to get where I am.
