[digiKam-users] Export photos with folder structure <tag>/<year_month>/ ...

Hi,
is it possible to export my photos in the following folder structure
<tag>/<year_month>/<timestamp>_<counter>.jpg?

Example:

London
  2019_12
    2019-12-01_001.jpg
    2019-12-01_002.jpg
    2019-12-01_003.jpg
MTB,Cyprus
  2019_11
    2019-11-01_001.jpg
    2019-11-01_002.jpg
    2019-11-02_001.jpg
MTB
  2019_10
    2019-10-01_001.jpg
    2019-10-03_001.jpg
    2019-10-03_002.jpg
.....


"MTB,Cyprus" Folder stores all photos with both tags "MTB" and "Cyprus"

Is there a way to achieve this? Using a plugin? 
Or is there a (cheap) image portal that is able to handle the tags and show
the pics with that tag?

I could skip the requirement for <year_month> and <timestamp>_<counter>.jpg,
but having a folder structure based on <tag> is essential.
