[digiKam-users] Where to find info on out-of-date Ubuntu packages

Hello,
I think the main reason is that digikam 6.4.0-stable and digikam 7.0.0-beta
rely on the latest versions of various libraries e.g. exiv2 that are not
available in ubuntu repos.
I switched to KDE Neon because they have the latest stable digikam in their
repos while relying on ubuntu stable (18.04) base.
However, the official digikam appimage is so good nowadays. I have noticed
that I run the appimage 90% of the time lately.

Thanks,
Andrey
