Is the 6.4.0 appimage out?

I see that 7.0-git is being worked on, but I do not see 6.4.0. I only
see: digikam-6.4.0-git-20191027T165309-x86-64.appimage on
files.kde.org/digikam/

or is digikam-6.4.0-git-20191027T165309-x86-64.appimage the official
but it's named -git-...
