[digiKam-users] Showing the tags of the currently selected item

I don't recognise those screengrabs compared to mine.

I selected Captions, then the Tags Tab, and then I clicked on the Tags 
Already Assigned button as shown in the attached (can I attach 
screngrabs?) image.
The mouse pointer isn't shown but the hover text is.
