Maybe not precisely what you need/want. If entering your tags starting 
with a "/" and each subsequent tag separated with a "/", you will 
create  hierarchal tags. In other words, entering /a/b/c/d will result 
with "a" as the parent tag and "b,c,d" as child tags. And if you right 
click any tag and select Toggle Auto/both, the tags will be 
autocheckmarked. Then hit apply and move on.
