[digiKam-users] Date format in Thumbnail view

Got it.  Thank you!

Ended up changing the time format to Sweden (en_SE).  yyyy-mm-dd
Short of making your own system locale (which may be ignored anyway) it's
no longer possible to set a custom format in the settings gui.
