Thumbnails and preview of .psd files in digiKam on Windows

The image handler (loader in fact) for extra type mime is supported by qt
plugin image loaders. These extensions come from a KF5 library

For an obscur reason, the plugin are not found at startup in all bundles,
not only Windows. It's in my TODO list to investigate when time permit...
