[digiKam-users] Change images date only (not time h:m:s) and rename them at the same time

I'v realised that my camera had wrong date setup when I was making the fotos. I assume that time was set ok. So now after importing to DK5.9 I'd like to change only date from ie 19.08.2018 to 13.08.2018 for selected pictures. I have fond that It is possible by subtracting the number of days in batch editor, fine but at the same time I'd like to rename the files accordingly because my renaming template (when importing) look like this:

[date:yyyy-MM-dd_hh.mm.ss]{lower}{unique}.[ext]{lower}

which gives the files like: 2018-08-21_14.41.02.jpg

But the batch tool only changes date, not the name of the file (in spite of the fact that I have set the same pattern in the batch editor). And I just don't see any other way of doing this in one run (not using the F2 key in main window).

Any hints?

P.
