Geolocation Digikam 5.7.0

Hi Wolfgang,

Well, something have been broken while compilation of Windows bundle with
Marble. Too many changes have been done from Marble team recently, and i
don't take a care about this feature before the release. To resume digiKam
under windows was compiled without marble support, so no geolocation.

The Linux is not affected by this point. AppImage must work as expected.

OSX packge is also broken, but i just fixed it it and files will be updated
soon in KDE server.

The Windows bundle do not compile yet, even if code is fixed. I'm work on
it (i'm in Randa event with other KDE developers).

So you must be patient, compilation is long between fixes.
