Digikam in Ubuntu 17.10

The export to remote web service still in export menu entry.

The Tools menu host (now) the batch process tools, as video slideshow, send
by mail, panorama, etc... This tool are hosted in digiKam core as well.
They are not plugins, and don"t require in install extra packages.

The export tools stay extra plugins for the moment and require to install
kipi-plugins package.

With 5.8.0 pre release, we have fixed a dirty bug in the menu concatenation
engine based on XML data files which can introduce empty main menus in GUI.
To solve this problem definitively, just remove these XML menu description
files from your home directory :

~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/digikam
