Upgrading DK DB 4.12 to 5.5 - paths and tags are lost

OK, I've realised my mistake here and corrected it.  In the database
migration tool I wasn't saving the new db to a different folder, and it
may have been trying to overwrite the same DB files name.

I've now set it to write to a new folder and it appears to be working
now..
