Sequence number reset on date change during import?

Yes, if I import a group of photos taken over several days, digiKam will
put the photos in separate folders, with the folder name being the date
when the photos in that folder were taken.  If a sequence number is used in
the photo file name, it increments across folders:

Folder: 2017-03-13, Files: 03-13-001, 03-13-002, 03-13-003

Folder: 2017-03-15, Files: 03-15-004, 03-15-005, 03-15-006

I would like the sequence numbers to reset when the folder changes:

Folder: 2017-03-13, Files: 03-13-001, 03-13-002, 03-13-003

Folder: 2017-03-15, Files: 03-15-001, 03-15-002, 03-15-003

Is that possible today with digiKam 5.5?
