Access to pictures on WiFi HDD?

Hi,
I have a WD MyPassport Wireless HDD, that I use on trips to copy all the
content of my memory cards. The documentation says:
"After you join your computer with your home Wi-Fi network, you have access
to the media (by DLNA) on your My Passport Wireless drive"
and in the files explorer I can see 3 lines:
My Passport (Connexion distante)
My Passport (Partage de fichiers)
My Passport (Partage de fichiers)
Is there a way for Digikam to read this disk, and import the pictures into
the local collections?
I must say I have never used DLNA up to now, and have no idea how it should
work...
Thanks for helping,
Marie-Noëlle
