Pictures keep coming back from Places/zoo to Miscellaneous/Places/zoo

Hello,
I have noticed that some certain pictures in my library after syncing
metadata to database keep coming back from Places/zoo to
Miscellaneous/Places/zoo. Is there something in the metadata that tells
digiKam that the pictures need to be placed to Miscellaneous category?
Here is the metadata of one of the files?
Please share thoughts if you have any.
