Menu Launch Name

Normally, when you open an appimage package it asks if you want to do a
menu integration. If you say yes, it creates a .desktop file located in
/home/$USER/.local/share/applications/ on Ubuntu. There is no installation.
I put my appimage files in /home/dkeats/appimages/ and if you want you can
just run them from there in a terminal by typing
cd ~/appimages
./appimagefile.appimage
