Missing menus

Menubar often disappears in my Mint KDE too.
Ctrl+M does not bring it back for some reason.

But I found a work around:

1. Select any image in Album View
2. Press Ctrl + L (that will open Light Table)
3. In Light Table press Ctrl +M (menu bar will be back)
4. Close Light Table and Press Ctrl +M in Album View (menu bar will be back)

It works that way but I have no idea why does the menubar disappears and why
Ctrl+M does not work after that.
I think there is a bug in digiKam and it has nothing to do with Unity.
I am on KDE.

Cheers,
AG
