Missing menus

[Derek Keats]

I have already done all that.

http://www.cjoint.com/c/GBsujroyViH -- the first time the editor opens it
has the menu bar.
 http://www.cjoint.com/c/GBsuh2oPdSH -- without the menu bar, every time
except the first time.
