sort image by date

What is the image format?The sort order is by the creation date for JPEGs, DNG etc.It is the modification date for mp4 and some unsupported by exi2  formats though.

Hi All


just wanted to know if there is away to sort our pictures by creation 
date in albums. I found a sort by date, but it seems to be the date of 
the modification of the file, and not the creation date.

Any ideas or suggestions ?
